June is not Game Pass’s flashiest month of the year. No big Xbox exclusive, no surprise blockbuster showing up out of nowhere. But once you go through the full list, there’s actually quite a bit here – especially if you have friends to play with.
Microsoft has confirmed over ten games for June 2026 so far, with more likely coming in the official Wave blogs. Here’s everything you need to know.
Final Fantasy VI Is Finally on Game Pass

The biggest name this month is Final Fantasy VI, and honestly, it has been a long time coming. The beloved JRPG joins Game Pass on June 2 and is available on Ultimate, PC, and Premium tiers through cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
If you have never played Final Fantasy VI, this is probably the easiest it has ever been to start. It consistently ranks among the best games in the franchise, and it is not hard to see why.
Joining it on June 2 are Jurassic World Evolution 3 and the PC version of The Elder Scrolls Online.
A Quiet Surprise on June 8

Solarpunk arrives on June 8, and this one could turn out to be the month’s best under-the-radar pick.
It is an open-world survival and crafting game built around floating sky islands powered by renewable energy. The studio behind it has just two people. That alone makes it worth paying attention to. It has been building a quiet following since it was first announced, and Game Pass gives it the kind of audience most indie studios can only dream of.
Three Games Drop Together on June 11

June 11 is the busiest single day of the month.
Beastro is a cooking roguelite where you run a restaurant and fight battles using cards. It was originally supposed to launch in May before getting pushed back. Early reactions have been positive, so the delay seems worth it.
Frog Sqwad lands the same day. It is a co-op extraction platformer for up to eight players built by a British studio founded by former Fall Guys developers. You play as frogs swinging through sewers using your tongues and solving physics puzzles. Yes, really. It was announced as a day-one Game Pass title back in March and looks like a genuinely fun time with a group.
Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions also joins on June 11 after being moved up from its original July window. It is a sci-fi sandbox adventure that already has a built-in fanbase from the Astroneer universe.
June 17 Brings Two More
Denshattack! hits Game Pass on June 17 for Ultimate and PC subscribers. It is a fast-paced skating action game with a colorful visual style that takes obvious inspiration from Jet Set Radio. If that era of games means anything to you, this one is worth a look.
Also coming on June 17 is Shift at Midnight, a co-op horror detective game that went through a few release date changes before finally landing on this date.
Late June and TBD

Abyssus comes on June 26. It is a co-op roguelite shooter set in underwater ruins with procedurally generated runs and weapon upgrades. The underwater setting gives it a look that stands out from most games in the genre.
Two more titles are confirmed for June without specific dates. Vapor World: Over The Mind is a narrative platformer with Soulslike combat built around deflection mechanics. It looks like the sleeper hit of the month. RV There Yet? is a lighter co-op game where you drive a recreational vehicle through rough terrain with friends.

Is June 2026 a Good Month for Game Pass?
It is not on the same level as earlier this year, when Game Pass added Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and Avowed in the same stretch. But for co-op fans, June might actually be one of the stronger months in recent memory. Frog Sqwad, Shift at Midnight, Abyssus, and RV There Yet? all give you solid options to play with a group.
Microsoft’s official Wave 1 blog will confirm exact tiers and platforms for each title very soon.
