Rockstar Games just ended months of rumors. On September 24, 2026, the studio officially confirmed a GTA 6 collector’s edition called The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection.

Why There’s No GTA 6 Game Inside the Box
This confused a lot of fans at first, and it’s easy to see why. A $400 “collector’s edition” usually comes with the game.
Rockstar did the same thing with Red Dead Redemption 2 back in 2018. That collector’s box was merch-only too, and buyers had to pick up the game separately.
