The issues seem to have started on the PC side, with at least one player reporting that their partner was able to connect just fine on PS5 while they were completely locked out on PC.

The numbers tell a clear story. Over 41 reports came in within a single hour, covering three main problems: server connection errors (78%), login failures (17%), and random disconnections (5%).
The most common complaint? Players are simply unable to get into the game at all.

Is It a Full Outage?
Not exactly. While one tracker flagged the status as an active outage, others are calling it a “possible issue,” suggesting it may not be affecting every player equally.
The good news is that PS5 players appear to be having fewer problems. If you are on PC and getting hit with a “Failed to Connect to Server” error, this one likely is not on your end.
Arrowhead Game Studios has not posted an official statement yet, but given the volume of reports, an acknowledgment or fix could come soon.
