GTA 6 Official Trailer 2

Rockstar Games has released the second official trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI on May 6, 2025, providing an in-depth look at the game’s protagonists and setting.

The trailer introduces Jason Duval and Lucia Camino, a duo entangled in a criminal conspiracy across the fictional state of Leonida, inspired by Florida and featuring the iconic Vice City.  The narrative follows their descent into crime after a failed heist, emphasizing their reliance on each other to survive.

Set to The Pointer Sisters’ “Hot Together,” the nearly three-minute trailer showcases enhanced graphics and a vibrant, modern-day Vice City.  Scenes include Lucia’s release from prison, high-speed chases, and dynamic urban environments, highlighting Rockstar’s commitment to creating an immersive open-world experience.

Originally slated for a fall 2025 release, Rockstar has postponed the launch to May 26, 2026, aiming to deliver a polished and expansive game.  The title will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
