Verdansk is finally back, and if you’re like most longtime Warzone players, you’ve probably been waiting for this moment. To celebrate the return of the iconic map, Call of Duty is giving out a little something extra—a free “Verdansk is Back” Calling Card along with a 30-minute Double Weapon XP token.
No catch. No grind. It’s totally free. You just need to know where to go and what to enter.
Here’s What You Need to Do
First, head over to www.callofduty.com/redeem. That’s the official page where COD lets you redeem promotional items and codes.
Once you’re there:
- Sign into your Activision account—the same one you use for Warzone.
- Then, paste in this code: KYHPCVYSNP6HY
- Hit the redeem button.
That’s it. If you’re logged into the correct account, you should get both the calling card and the XP token added to your profile.
You might not see it instantly. Sometimes you have to restart your game. Other times, it might take a little while—maybe even up to a day—for everything to show up in your loadout. So don’t stress if it’s not there right away.

Ran Into an Error?
A few players have been getting a timeout message when they try to redeem the code. If that happens, wait 10–15 seconds and try again. It usually works the second time around. The code itself is still good—it’s just that the site can be a little slow when there’s a traffic spike.
More Free Stuff? Yep.
This Calling Card isn’t the only freebie on offer. There’s a full “Return to Verdansk” event going on right now with a bunch of other unlockable rewards—up to 20 of them. These include things like operator skins, blueprints, and more cosmetic gear.
You’ll need to complete some in-game objectives to get those, but they’re mostly tied to stuff you’re already doing—like playing matches, securing kills, or surviving longer. It’s a solid excuse to jump back in if you’ve been on a break.

Verdansk: The Comeback We Needed
Let’s be real—Verdansk is what made Warzone feel different from every other battle royale out there. The layout, the pacing, the hot-drop zones—it had a vibe that later maps never quite matched.
Now that it’s back, it’s nice to see Activision leaning into the nostalgia a bit. The free Calling Card is a small touch, but for those of us who have been dropping into this game since day one, it’s a cool nod to where it all began.
So yeah, if you’ve got five minutes, grab the code and get your free gear. It’s simple, and hey—free is free. No reason not to claim it.
