The Showdown event is tied directly to the Chapter 7 Season 2 storyline. This season features a clash between The Foundation, a returning member of The Seven, and the Ice King. Players pick a side and compete in weekly challenges to earn rewards.

How to Sign Up for Showdown Rewards
Some Showdown rewards are automatically unlocked through normal gameplay progression. But to access the full rewards, including physical prizes, you need to register separately.

- Accept the terms and conditions to complete your sign-up

The leaderboard challenge started on March 19 alongside the new season launch and runs until April 16 at 11:59 PM ET. Players must have a valid Epic Games account and have selected either Team Ice King or Team Foundation to qualify.
